Welcome to Aparra Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aparrajewellery.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All jewellery listed on this site is subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Gold and diamond rates are updated regularly to reflect current market prices; the price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

2. Certification & Quality

All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. Diamonds above 0.30ct carry IGI or GIA certification, shipped with your order. Smaller accent stones are certified as a batch by our sourcing partner.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI on eligible orders. Aparra reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued in such cases.

4. Shipping

We offer free, fully insured shipping across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Aparra is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or force majeure events.

5. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

6. Customisation

Certain products may be customised (sizing, engraving) on request via WhatsApp. Customised or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

All content on this site — including designs, photography, and text — is the property of Aparra Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aparra Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
