How to Measure at Home
-
1
The String or Paper Strip Method
Wrap a strip of string or paper snugly around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres with a ruler — that's your circumference. Match it to the chart above.
-
2
The Existing Ring Method
Take a ring that already fits the intended finger. Measure its inner diameter with a ruler (edge to edge, through the center) and match it to the "Diameter" column above.
-
3
Time It Right
Fingers swell slightly in heat and shrink in cold. Measure at room temperature, ideally in the evening, for the most accurate everyday size.

Bangles & Bracelets
Measure your wrist circumference with a soft tape (or string + ruler) just below the wrist bone, then add 1–1.5cm for comfortable movement. For rigid bangles, measure across your knuckles at the widest point of your hand — that's the minimum inner diameter you'll need to slide it on.
